1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UrTickets.App (“Platform”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Platform Role (VERY IMPORTANT) ⚠️
UrTickets.App is a technology platform only that facilitates:
- Event creation
- Ticket sales
- Payment processing integration
- Analytics and tools
We are NOT:
- An event organizer
- A ticket reseller
- Responsible for event execution
👉 All events are created and managed by independent organizers.
3. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Not share login credentials
We may:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove content or events
- Restrict access without prior notice
4. Organizer Responsibilities 🎟️
If you create events, you are solely responsible for:
- Event accuracy (date, time, location)
- Delivering the event as advertised
- Managing refunds and cancellations
- Compliance with local laws and permits
- Paying taxes and financial obligations
👉 You agree that UrTickets.App is NOT liable for your event.
5. Ticket Purchases
When purchasing tickets:
- You enter into an agreement with the event organizer, not the platform
- Prices, policies, and terms are set by organizers
We are NOT responsible for:
- Event cancellations
- Refund disputes
- Event quality or experience
6. Payments & Fees 💳
- Payments are processed via third-party providers
- Platform fees may apply
We are NOT liable for:
- Payment failures
- Banking delays
- Chargebacks or disputes
👉 Organizers are responsible for handling refunds unless otherwise stated.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are determined by event organizers
- UrTickets.App does not guarantee refunds
We reserve the right to:
- Intervene in extreme fraud cases
- Suspend organizers violating policies
8. NFT & Web3 Terms 🔗
If using NFT tickets:
- Tickets may be issued on blockchain
- Ownership is recorded on-chain
- Transactions are final and irreversible
You are responsible for:
- Wallet security
- Private keys
We are NOT liable for:
- Lost wallets
- Blockchain errors
- NFT transfer issues
9. AI & Data Usage Disclaimer 🤖
We may use AI for:
- Event recommendations
- Pricing insights
- Analytics
You agree that:
- AI outputs are advisory only
- No guarantee of accuracy or results
We are NOT liable for:
- Business losses
- Incorrect predictions
10. Prohibited Activities 🚫
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal events
- Commit fraud or misrepresentation
- Use bots or automated abuse
- Sell fake or unauthorized tickets
- Violate intellectual property rights
Violation may result in:

11. Intellectual Property
All platform content (design, software, branding) belongs to UrTickets.App.
You may NOT:
- Copy or resell platform features
- Reverse engineer the system
- Use branding without permission
12. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Error-free service
We may:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Perform maintenance without notice
13. Limitation of Liability 🛡️
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
UrTickets.App shall NOT be liable for:
- Event-related issues
- Financial losses
- Lost profits or revenue
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
👉 Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days (if any).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrTickets.App from:
- Claims related to your events
- Violations of laws
- Disputes with users
- Misuse of the platform
15. Third-Party Services
We integrate:
- Payment gateways
- Social login providers
- External tools
We are NOT responsible for:
- Third-party failures
- External data breaches
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraud or abuse
- Required by law
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet outages
- Cyber attacks
- Blockchain network failures
